Return & Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU)
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order, as per European Union legislation. To exercise this right, please send an email to:

Return Conditions

• The item must be unused, in perfect condition, with the original packaging, and intact tags.

• A valid proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-made or personalized products

• Intimate or hygiene products

• Sale items marked as final clearance

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors. The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or there was an error in shipping.
